Terms

These terms are between you and Valsted Solutions OÜ (registry code 17236439, Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia), which runs Globe Lap. Questions: run@globelap.com.

Taking part

• You must be 16 or older to have an account and to run in the race.
• You run at your own risk. Make sure you're fit for it, follow traffic rules, and stop if you feel unwell. You choose where you run.
• One account per person.

The race

• Runs are judged by the race rules in the app: the 9:00 start in your time zone, the hourly cutoffs, and fair-play checks.
• We don't count a run that breaks the rules or that we can't trust (a fake location, a car, impossible speeds).
• We may change, move or cancel an event, for example for safety.

Names

Your name and your team's name must follow the community rules. Any runner can report a name. We may remove a name, hide a team's name, or close an account that breaks the rules.

Money

Entry fees and donations are paid on globelap.com. The fee, how much of it goes to charity, and what happens if you can't take part or the event is cancelled are shown before you pay.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep Globe Lap working and accurate, but we can't promise it always works, or that every metre is measured. We're not liable for injury, loss or damage from taking part, except where the law says we are.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time: Settings › Delete my data. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Law

Estonian law applies. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's law.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you in the app first.
